Nightly rate is based on 2 guests per room. Additional guest(s) in one of the bedrooms is $50 USD per person, per night. Rates are in US Dollars.
Rates are inclusive of local taxes and service charges. Staff gratuities are not included but are appreciated. Rates do not include electric which is billed at a rate of 7 THB per unit. Typical daily use equates to approximately 100 THB per person, per night. The electric meter will be read upon arrival and again at checkout to calculate the power consumption.
Children under 3 are free of charge if using a baby cot or sharing a bed with their parents.
3 night minimum stay. 7 days minimum over Christmas or New Years or 10 days minimum stay for both.
A deposit of $1000 via WISE is required to confirm your booking. The balance is due 3 weeks prior to your arrival by WISE transfer or we accept cash on arrival. We are unable to accept credit cards at this time. The deposit is non-refundable however we do allow date changes and can apply your deposit as a credit towards an alternative booking date.
Other things to note:
Wifi is free and available throughout the property.
Our rates also include once-daily guest room and common area cleaning. Bed linen is changed every firth day, unless otherwise required. Towels are changed as necessary. Rates do not include any excessive cleaning required upon departure (such as upholstery or rug shampooing, etc) or replacement of breakages. Fair wear and tear accepted.
We can provide full Concierge service for activities and tours, car and scooter rental, in-villa spa treatments, babysitting (extra charge), etc.
Airport transfers can be arranged at 500 Baht each way for a van that seats 9-14 people.
